Our guidelines for returns, refunds and replacements
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please read the policy carefully below.
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, email our customer service team at contact@apcreation.in. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase or return form. Ship your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges may be borne by you. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. If you choose to use any prepaid shipping label provided by us, the corresponding amount may be deducted from your refund to cover shipping charges.
After receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item for processing.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your provider. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
If you receive a damaged or broken product, please share images or videos with our support team. After verification, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
