Our guidelines for returns, refunds and replacements
Thank you for choosing MARKAA SIGNS. We aim to deliver high-quality, professionally manufactured signage products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund as per the policy outlined below.
We accept returns on eligible products that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product. Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return or replacement request, please email us at support@markaasigns.in with your order ID and clear images or videos of the product. Our support team will review your request and respond with further instructions.

If return shipping is approved, products must be packed securely in their original condition. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
