Your order is considered placed only once we receive the payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email on the registered email address along with your order details.
All orders are shipped within 3–5 working days once confirmed.
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS and email so you can monitor the delivery status of your order at any time.
Shipping delays may occur during festivals, peak seasons, or due to logistical constraints beyond our control.
If the delivery is attempted but not received due to the customer being unavailable, the courier service may reattempt delivery.
